Digital delivery

Digital delivery

Parcel Pre-Screen Reports are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipment.

Timing

Current delivery expectation

For supported counties, the report is generated only after both successful payment and complete intake exist. Intake is complete when you provide the parcel details, intended use, buyer questions, and required acknowledgments. The browser then opens a signed report link that remains valid for seven days, and the system also submits an email copy. Provider acceptance is not the same as mail-server delivery or confirmed inbox arrival.

How it arrives

Delivery method

The current report opens in a private browser page through a signed seven-day link and is also sent in the email body as formatted HTML with a plain-text version. The secure page includes Markdown download and print/save-as-PDF controls. No PDF attachment is sent automatically.

Possible delays

What can delay delivery

  • missing or incomplete intake information before payment
  • unclear parcel identity or conflicting listing details
  • temporary source-directory, county-site, or generation-service access problems
  • email delivery issues or an incorrect email address
  • requests outside the current supported review scope

Missing report

If you do not receive your report

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the report does not arrive shortly after successful payment and complete intake, email [email protected] with your order email and order number if available.
