Timing
For supported counties, the current launch delivery expectation is immediate email delivery after successful payment when intake is complete. Intake is complete when you provide the parcel details, intended use, buyer questions, and required acknowledgments needed to generate the report. The report cannot be generated before intake is complete.
How it arrives
Reports are sent by email to the address provided during checkout or intake. The report may be delivered as a PDF, web-ready report, or email-linked report format depending on the current workflow.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the report does not arrive shortly after successful payment and complete intake, email [email protected] with your order email and order number if available.
